Welcome to Mustard Seed Child Care Center. We have been serving the community, since 1998, by providing a safe, nurturing and academically effective preschool for children ages 2½ to 6 years old.

We have a fully qualified and experienced staff. The Director provides overall administrative supervision and ensures that the staff is trained in the following key roles:

- Role Model
- Limit Setter
- Goal Facilitator
- Activity Planner
- Mediator
- Advocate
Our certified Head teacher plans daily lessons and activities for the children and supervises the staff in their implementation.

Stephanie Gonzalez Center Director
Career Summary: Stephanie is a seasoned Early Childhood professional with experience in all aspects of operating an early childhood facility. In her vast work experience, Stephanie mastered positions ranging from program aide to director of a center. She has been a teacher of all age groups and is well versed in developmentally appropriate practice. Her specialties include toddler ages and key strengths include building relationships with families and partnerships in the community to foster increased enrollment.

Teaching Philosophy: All children learn differently. A great teacher knows her children well enough to adapt her classroom to meet the needs of all children in her care. Additionally, learning is fostered through a loving , caring environment where there is mutual trust between children and caregivers. A great teacher designs an interactive environment for hands-on learning through a balance of child directed and teacher lead activities.
